What is an EICR Certificate?
EICR stands for Electrical Installation Condition Report. It is a certificate provided by qualified electricians. Our team can perform these tests to a range of premises and give you this certificate. Also, we will inspect all aspects of your power and electrical systems to ensure they are safe and aren’t at risk of randomly catching fire. What’s more, we always comply with the latest regulations which stipulate that certain properties including rentals require an EICR.
Our Procedure
Your inspection will include:
- A comprehensive check of your entire electrical system
- A free quote for any work that needs doing
- Notification of any possible faults or wear and tear
- Recommendations for any corrective action
- A full condition report
- Finally, if all is good, we will give you a certificate
Landlord EICRs
As a landlord, it is your responsibility to make sure your property’s electrical system is safe. Our trained professionals can check all your fittings, fixtures, and appliances. Doing so will minimise the risk of both fire and shocks. Additionally, at the end of the inspection, we will provide you with a full findings report as well an EICR certificate.
